Within the EU, we ship free of charge and insured for the full purchase price. Our shipping service providers:

Up to €10,000: UPS Express
From 10.000 €: Transport of valuables with Galle Werttransporte, Janus Trans or Intex
Within the EU:
Up to €10,000: UPS Express
From 10.000 €: On request

Personal collection
You can also collect selected items in person from our Düsseldorf or Cologne location. These items are marked accordingly and have a “Collection” option under “Shipping” when you make your purchase.
If you would like to view and try on an item before purchasing, please contact us. After consultation, we can reserve the desired item for you. You also have the option of paying on site by card or real-time bank transfer. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
Returns
If something does not meet your expectations, you can cancel the contract within 14 days.
We are also happy to help you in the event of a withdrawal, but please note that we cannot take back worn jewelry and watches.
Please contact us before returning the goods. We will be happy to generate a shipping label for you and can also arrange for the parcel to be collected from you, but the shipping costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer. If you would like to take care of the return shipment yourself, please ensure that the package is adequately insured.
